Meet our Directors, Gavin & Ella McIntyre who tell us a little bit about their passion for hairdressing and their joint ambition to grow G&E McIntyres into a wonderful salon that not only creates fabulous hair, but also nurtures and creates wonderful stylists and gives back to the industry and community.
It's fair to say that hairdressing is in their blood as both grew up with mums who are hairdressers. In fact, Ella started hairdressing when she was 14, working in Northampton and then Milton Keynes where she became a salon manager for 8 years before opening her own salon.
Gavin's career began aged 21 and has seen him take on the role of Creative Director and now salon owner. Over the years he has built a regional and industry profile for excellent creative stage work and education.
